Through applied physical exercises you will reinforce your understanding of your own capabilities and refine methods to involve, instruct and inform others.
The refresher course revisits simple body awareness exercises, boundary and communication exercises, and basic self-defence, while extending participants’ ability to apply them in professional and educational contexts.
The training continues to focus on developing self-confidence, capacity for self-reflection, and respect for oneself and others.
Cost from: $395.00 per participant
